savings account - no minimum deposit

I'd like to setup a joint savings account for myself and my OH. We want to treat it as an account that we pay random amounts of money into as and when we can afford to - a bit like an online piggy bank. So it needs to be one that has no minimum monthly deposit. Naturally, the higher the interest rate, the better. Can anyone assist me with finding the best account for these needs?

Read the link at the top of the page to the MSE savings account guide - you're effectively ruling out regular savers and current accounts with minimum funding requirements (unless you're prepared to shuffle money around monthly between accounts) so that really just leaves traditional savings accounts in 1.5-1.6% territory.
