EAs will always 'upsell' a location - when you eventually become a homeowner this will make sense to you
If you confirm th postcode of the property you're interested in, there won't be any ambiguity about the location

In the strange world of Manchester letting agents, it would appear that Moss Side barely exists, Longsight is only a slightly larger blip on the map, and a whole new area has been invented, that appears to only exist in the mind of LAs (Victoria Park; everyone else calls it Rusholme!)0 -

They all do it, they are professional liars. They write things like "ideal location" even when you have the motorway at the end of your back garden.0
