Listed Building - Contents Insurance

Options
I am about to move and I am moving to a flat within a Listed Building.

I have been searching for a new insurer for my home contents (not buildings, this is covered by my factors) and have proceeded with a few quotes online only to find that I can't sign them off as I will be living in a listed building.

Does anyone know of a good cheap insurer who would insure me?

It is annoying as I am not looknig for buildings insurance so why does it matter that I live in a listed building!!!

Not normally a problem- checked with a company that seems to generalkly come out good on quotes and they said no issue with this.

  • Not normally a problem for contents - can be a problem for buildings with some insurers though. Most common insurers should isnure the contents easily.
