You should be able to do it with an HDMI splitter. You would need a big HDMI lead though to go to the other tv. (I'm assuming you are using an HDMI cable to connect the V+ box)

Yes its connected with a HDMI lead. So is that all I would need the HDMI splitter , another hdmi lead & coax cable?

Yeah it should be that simple although check if the splitter allows both to display at the same time or if it just lets you switch between them.

Just the HDMI lead as you're taking the video output from the VHD box in one room to the TV in another (not moving the box).

The only issue might be the inability to control the VHD box from the other room without spending out on something like one of the Logitech Harmony remotes that have an RF transmitter (which let you control stuff in one room, whilst in another as they have an FR receiver/IR transmitter which relays the commands).

ok thanks for your reply. I also take it thats its not possible to have different channels showing at the same time on both the tv's?

No, but you could get an extra v+ box if you talk to virgin and then each would be able to watch what they want

If you can live without the HD you could use the scart from the back of the box to feed something like a Triax Tri-Link
    Then coax to other TVs
That'll allow control of the box from the other TV but you'd still have to put up with the same channels on all TVs
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
