EON - Problems with giving meter readings online

I've been trying to enter my meter reading but EON website 'crashes' when I click 'my account'. I've also tried to do it by following the 'enter meter readings without logging in' but I get the same screen which includes this...
I need to enter my meter reading soon because of my tariff ending and moving on to a new fixed rate so I'll just keep trying but has anyone else tried to submit their readings this weekend and can't log into their account?
Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code: 408. The operation timed out. The remote server did not respond within the set time allowed. The server might be unavailable at this time. Try again later or contact the server administrator. (12002)

maybe you are omitting a leading zero(s) eg a metric gas meter needs only the first 5 numbers0

Sorry for the problems you had entering meter readings online this weekend.
We had a number of technical problems with our website. These caused quite a few difficulties in various areas, including entering meter readings.
They've been fixed now and the website's back up and running.
Glad you've been able to enter the readings and sorry again for the problems.
