The cheapest rail fare - from either Norwich or London - on that day is about £50 each. One way. Maybe a discount on the East Coast website
6 hours from Norwich or 4 and a bit from London
Megabus will be cheaper but takes a sight more than 10 hours (from Norwich, that is - via London). Potentially £15 each - £3 to London and £12 on to Edinburgh
Are you coming back? That can make a difference0 -
National Express from Norwich to Stansted? about £25, takes a bit under 3 hoursIs that cheaper than megabus?

Megabus is going to be cheapest, but will also take the longest.
Train is an easy journey from Norwich, just one change at Peterborough (avoiding London), also about £50 if you don't mind the early train
Either train or coach/plane will be quicker, but more expensive than Megabus.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Its a pity the date wasn't the 2nd of February, we are driving from Cambridgeshire back up to Glasgow :-)
The reason we are driving is that we found it very complicated and expensive to do it any other way.
