New digital thermostat - help with wiring!

Honeywell T6360 seems to have Earth wire, Blue neutral, a RED and a YELLOW.

Looking at honeywell diagram it seems Yellow is Live and Red is switched Live.

Bought a new controller and it just needs two wires. Can I just terminate neutral and earth?

Also, its got switched live and live terminals. Assume that means YELLOW (switched live) and RED (Live)?

Is it normal to use Yellow?

  • Honeywell T6360 is designed to switch electrical loads and power pumps etc.

Your controller probably needs a volt-free switched thermostat, connecting the Honeywell T6360 may damage it.

You may do better getting the man in.
