DWP PIP Farce

Well and truly fed up and down at the farce I am having with my PIP claim. Applied Aug 2013 turned down December 2013 mandatory reconsideration requested same time and now been told it could be another 11 weeks and I might have to have another medical:mad: I know most on here are having loads of trouble with timescales and decisions so just a warning really of what some of you might have to go through Sorry. So peed off now I have sent tons of evidence from my GP, CPN and consultant and still its not enough, I suffer from
idiopathic chronic Urticaria
Idiopathic chronic angio odema
Anaphylaxsis
Newly diagnosed ME/CFS
Kidney stones due to all tablets I am on
and not surprisingly depression
It seems quite obvious to me that I am going to need care needs with all my disabilities but the DWP still need more evidence, I am virtually housebound, fatigued, in pain and unable to perform normal daily tasks and still they are stalling just fed up of it all now:mad:

Did you send evidence of your care needs though and not just of your conditions? It's not enough to just say I suffer from x as people are not all the same and it's not obvious from a condition how you as an individual will be.
Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Thank you Shykins. I hope you are successful this time, it infuriates me that people who need this are being shafted from a great height. My MP is involved so maybe if you have not done so maybe give it a try I am lost at what to do now though Good luck to you:A

Hi Cazz the dwp are but they have told me they have to write to my assessment provider to get their views on the reconsideration. TBH ATOS were bloody useless the report I got was not even factually correct, the nurse who did the aassessment told the dwp that I walked to the centre and walked out to the car over 200 metres, a toltal lie my OH picked me up and dropped me off outside the door:mad: she also said that I told her that I go visiting friends who live miles away, and I walk there. No faith in them at all

Have you actually considered the fact that the DWP may have been right?
