Well and truly fed up and down at the farce I am having with my PIP claim. Applied Aug 2013 turned down December 2013 mandatory reconsideration requested same time and now been told it could be another 11 weeks and I might have to have another medical:mad: I know most on here are having loads of trouble with timescales and decisions so just a warning really of what some of you might have to go through Sorry. So peed off now I have sent tons of evidence from my GP, CPN and consultant and still its not enough, I suffer from
idiopathic chronic Urticaria
Idiopathic chronic angio odema
Anaphylaxsis
Newly diagnosed ME/CFS
Kidney stones due to all tablets I am on
and not surprisingly depression
It seems quite obvious to me that I am going to need care needs with all my disabilities but the DWP still need more evidence, I am virtually housebound, fatigued, in pain and unable to perform normal daily tasks and still they are stalling just fed up of it all now:mad:

Did you send evidence of your care needs though and not just of your conditions? It's not enough to just say I suffer from x as people are not all the same and it's not obvious from a condition how you as an individual will be.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

dialysis i sympathise with u. i was on IB, HRC and HRM until 2012 when all was removed
despite much evidence from consultants, hospitals and proof of numerous hospital appointments (in excess of 25 last year) i am still without. i have appealed, i have gone to tribunal, i have re-applied. NOTHING!!!
i have yet another appeal coming up but dont hold out much hope to be honest.
i do hope u have more success than meWhen you know better you do better0 -
