The card used to belong to Intelligent Finance, it's now been taken over by Halifax and shows on my Halifax online banking.
However, when I speak to Halifax they can't find the card number and therefore can't issue me a new card (old one expired in July 2013).
They can see the account balance but have no other information. I don't owe very much on this card but it has a high limit so it's stopping me getting another card to BT because it looks like I have lots of available credit open.
What can I do? I've been phoning around different Halifax numbers for months!

Gives a phone number. I'd guess the card isn't a proper 'halifax' card, as such, but is just in the same system (you can view Bank of Scotland accounts from halifax online banking, but I don't think you can manage such accounts by calling halifax.0 -
A quick Google search gave me a tel number of 0845 600 6081 or 0131 5499012

Have tried all the Halifax and Intelligent Finance listed numbers and never get anywhere so I think complain is the answer. The number on the back of the card is never answered.0
