hello, been a racing fan,i decided to subscribe to a rating service,the e-mail i receive offered a certain function that i liked the sound of ,so i paid £80 for 8 weeks,when i looked for the function it wasent there,so i e-mailed them and they said i had to be a Pro member for another £70 or pay another 12 weeks (£120)to get it free,no mention of this in original e-mail,so where do i stand thanks-the company involved as been around for 12 years ,so is no fly by night enterprise.

Did it specifically say in the email that the function you wanted would be included in the £80 for 8 weeks or did you just assume it did?

i assumed,it , i would have thought twice about buying at a extra £70 or £120. no doubt you are going to say i shouldnt presume anything and i havent got a leg to stand on,and getting no reply from them ,means they know that,very sneaky from a so called reputable company -thanks for answer anyway.

I think you're going to have to give more indication of the wording on the email for anyone to give a proper answer.
