Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
Promoter's Details: Falcon Holidays, trading name of Falcon Leisure Group (Overseas) Ltd. registered in Ireland and whose registered office is at 18-19 Duke St, Dublin 2.
Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the Republic of Ireland, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

1. How to Enter: To enter you will need to provide your name and email address to the Promoter by completing the form or signing in with your Facebook account.
2. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at http:// https://www.falconholidays.ie/our-policies/privacy-policy. By entering this competition you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.
3. Dates: The competition commences on the 8th January 2014, and closes at midnight GMT on the 9th February 2014.
4. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
5. Prize: The winner shall receive a €500 travel voucher towards a Falcon summer 2014 holiday departing from Dublin, Cork or Shannon Airport between 1/5/14 to 31/10/14. This voucher can only be used against a new holiday booking by calling Falcon Direct on 1850 929 141, it is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount. All holidays are subject to availability. To be eligible to enter the grand prize draw, you must earn a minimum of 3 of the 6 stamps in the passport challenge.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of being selected, with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize in 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.
7. Winner details: Details of the winners, name and county of residence, will be obtainable after the 10th February 2014 by writing to Falcon Holidays, 18-19 Duke St, Dublin 2. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
