Hi, sorry if this question is similar to an earlier one but I didn't like to jump on that thread.
I have had two phone calls in the last few weeks from JCP enquiring about the fact that I don't get any money now only NI contributions and do I have enough of them for my state pension? As far as I am aware I think so. On both occasions I explained that I am awaiting a tribunal date as I have appealed the WRAG group.
So, now I have received a letter requiring me to attend a WFI. After reading Welshkitty's post and Roger's reply I am at a bit of a loss.I will attend, however after reading the link can they force me to look for work or take training? I maybe being thick here but to me it reads that they can't. What should I do?
With thanks for any replies. x
