Meritaten-don't know what mental health services have to do with it? or where you got mental health service from as the woman is learning disabled, hence completely different to mental health problems.

The problem here is that the girls mother is misusing her daughters money...which by the sounds of it is given by social services.as such,she should be acting in her best interests, by the sounds of it she isn't so ss need to be told.
