Best savings account? Bonds?

Hi,
I have well in excess of £20,000 sitting in a standard cash-card account which I haven't got around to finding something where I will get a little more for my money.
I'm not sure what the best route to go down is, ISAs? Premium Bonds?
Are there any other good interest rate accounts of the sort which I could invest my money into, rather it just sitting on 1.1%?
If so, what are the current best rates (along with the company names)?
I will be open and grateful to listen to any advice,
Thank-you.
