For those of you who are looking for a new vacuum, I have just picked up a Gtech Air Ram for £190 at Costco, have been looking for a while and thought this was a very keen price. Grey and white available.

These are cracking little vacuums, that don't have to be attached to the wall to charge - you simply take the 'power pack' out and charge it. Great for small spaces or upstairs. I got mine from Costco before Christmas and I love it!
PS Not related to any manufacturer etc, just thought I'd add this incase it helped someone to make up their mindMust stop spending . . . must stop spending . . .0 -
I bought the upright version from QVC last summer. Paid around £159. It's brilliant. Wouldn't be without it:j0

Is that the hand held multi one?0 -
Just has the upright one,but you can do stairs etc with it, it really is much better than my dyson animal. Tbh, most cleaners are though!0

Yeah, I have one too and they are fantastic for getting up stairs, as they can be lifted with one finger. No plugging in and unplugging all the time. Only fault I would say is the small collector box, but if you don't mind emptying frequently, it's great. Incidentally, plenty parts usually on ebay. Mine went faulty at 1 year and manufacturers sorted without any problem, under guarantee."To exercise power costs effort and demands courage." Oscar Wilde

Thanks shopaholic returns I have the upright, brilliant machine, going to order the hands held from Gtech direct as only John Lewis has it and they are iOS at the moment.0

Costco have the upright on offer 13/1/14-02/0214 for £167.98 so I think you were overcharged.
There is a link on Costco site under warehouse news and coupons.0
