RBS PPI evidence - statements?

A couple of weeks ago I lodged a PPI mis-selling complaint with RBS regarding a Mastercard that I had with them.
They've written back to me to advise that despite an 'extensive' search they cannot find any records of me ever having a PPI policy, and have asked me to send them evidence.
I'd previously done a SAR to RBS where they confirmed that they did have records of the account, but they couldn't locate records of any PPI policy. As a result, I've done an extensive search myself and have been able to locate a considerable number of statements over the course of 5 years of the account, which all show an entry for 'Cardholder Protection Plan', which according to their PPI helpline is their name for PPI.
I included copies of every statement that I could locate with my questionnaire and covering letter (all itemised on said letter). All were 1:1 copies and were as clear as the originals.
Are the statements enough to show a policy existed? I just want to make completely sure before I ask them if their extensive search went as far as turning a few pages...

Dazza12, great to have a data expert back on the forum again. Anyway, I submitted a complaint with only statements as evidence of a ppi policy, which the bank accepted and upheld, so hope your's is successful too.0
