Why PPC do Courts ? Evidence levels

I am doing some Old case research in to people picked for court by the famous parking company with eyes in the sky.
What makes them a target when they only pick a small few out every week.
At present the one underlying factor in everyone is they keeper admits the car visited the site.
I can not find one where they have not and the validity of the Cobbled together non VCA approved ANPR system could be pulled by a judge.
What I need is anyone who can debunk my research .
Hopefully we can formulate a guide of "what not to say" in appeals that may help parkers avoid the target pile for court.
The selection is certainly not random, they do have a system and they do appear to have set case evidence levels before they file.
A keeper admitting the car visited the site is well on top at number 1 so far.
Any comments ?

I am sure many I have read, have ignored the entire letter-chain. And many of them were Winter 2012 incidents. Can't be more specific though...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There must be some sort of profiling, this is how I would play it.
I would google/Facebook all candidates and go for:-
Those with poor spelling and grammar.
Those who holiday at Sharm el Sheik or Dubai
Those not coming to these fora for advice
Those pleading poverty
Members of the cloth
Those with old bangers
Those on Facebook posting selfies who are as drunk as skunks
I would reject
Anyone driving a Porche
Anyone connected with the Law, insurance, accountancy, Academia, the Civil Service and Local Government, NGOs or charities.
Anyone threatening to counterclaim
I would also go on Google Earth to see what sort of a house they lived in, (council house, claim, 20 bedroom mansion avoid).
Check them for CCJs, criminal convictions, letters to The Times, etc.
In other words, see if they are likely to fight back. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Having info on a lot of cases...there does not seem to be any obvious profiling. Company directors and unemployed with no assets; old and young; rich and poor. The eye in the sky seems to have no bias.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0

Is there a pattern of persons admitting to been on site ?Be happy...;)0

I doubt that there have been many defences that the car did not visit the car park especially as that claim would be a lie in 99.9% of cases.
Perhaps you are suggesting that the standard defence should be to put PE to strict proof that the car was on the site so that the ball is in their court?0 -
One thing being overlooked is are there any PE sites that aren't generating any claims0

I am assembling information on ANPR evidence as proof, yes, cases where councils have had evidence dismissed by non VCS approved ANPR and if this is the case for all court evidence.
At present it would appear that evidence levels of submitted electronic evidence are universally standard.
I am attempting to establish if where this could be called to question by the judge they would avoid the case.
I am almost certain they are dead in the water 100% if a case was pushed to the higher court at appeal.
Before I test them I need to establish will they take the bait.
I just need to borrow a car as they Won't ticket mine for some odd reason.Be happy...;)0 -
I haven't seen a single claim from an Aldi site , but plenty from eg the Range, Eurogarages , Fistral0
