So just received a cheap nasty letter from [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] at parkingeye.

It liooks from looking at porior posts that these creatures appear to have evolved.

They seem to have started out sending out the letters & simply hoping people would fold in & pay.
Are they now rewally taking honest citizens to court?

What is my next move? I am not some retired old duffer who has nothinbg better to do than argue with these low-lifes but on the same token do not want to pay.

    1) is this England or Wales ?
    2) did you get the letter within 14 days ?
    3) have you complained to the retailer ? And who is that?

    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
