Ungroup pages on Chrome/Explorer etc

Is there anyway to ungroup these pages.
I used to be able to open them up and have them all along the taskbar, now on my new laptop, I can't remember how I did this.

If I understood what you want...
Right click taskbar and select properties.
Halfway down TaskBar Buttons: select "Never combine"0
