Orchid V4 Dialler

Not sure whether this should be here or in 'Phones section. However, recently purchased a V4 'phone dialler and programmed it for routing calls through 18185 using the code supplied with the dialler. It worked once or twice and now it doesn't!!
Contacted Orchid Support by e-mail and explained the problem. They then sent an e-mailed reply with various links which is totally confusing the issue with another access code and all sorts of CW Client information and stuff to load onto my PC???, whatever all that is :confused: CW Client !!!!!! is that?
I was pretty clear in my e-mail about what I was trying to do but they've either misunderstood or overcomplicated things in their response.
Anyone got one of these things and shed any light on what might be happening? I suspect this one is also faulty and they aren't interested?
My daughter had a V2 Dialler and experienced similar problems - that ended up in the bin. I should have learned from her experience!
