1. Enter your details and tell us about your special Bramley dish.
2. Bramley apples must be a main ingredient. Think classics with a twist - favourite dishes such as crumbles and pies made extra special or delivered in an unusual way are encouraged.
3. Share your entry and encourage your friends to vote.
4. After the closing date, midnight on 28 February 2014, six of the top recipes will be short-listed by the expert judging panel which includes celebrity chef, Phil Vickery. All shortlisted entries will be notified by telephone or email by 5pm on 14 March 2014.

1. This competition is organised and administered by English Apples & Pears Ltd, East Malling Enterprise Centre, New Road, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6BJ.
2. Competition is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales only. Overseas entries will not be considered.
3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older on 1 February 2014 to take part in this competition.
4. The competition is not open to employees of English Apples & Pears Ltd or its subscribers, agents or contractors, or their immediate family members or households.
5. English Apples & Pears Ltd will discount any entries where the recipe description is longer than 200 words.
6. Entrants may be filmed for national/regional TV and will have to sign a confidentiality agreement before filming.
7. You must provide English Apples & Pears Ltd with your name, daytime telephone number, date of birth and email address to enter this competition. English Apples & Pears Ltd will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering the competition, and will not publish them or provide them to any other party without your permission.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
9. The competition will close at midnight on 28 February 2014. Shortlisted entrants will be notified by telephone or email by 5pm on 15 March 2014.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or mislaid for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
11. There will be a prize of a luxury cookery course including travel and accommodation and Bramley apple goody bag for the winner and a £100 prize for each of the 6 short-listed finalists. Any tax liability arising from the winning of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
12. All taxes, insurances, ingredients and other expenses incurred as part of entering the competition, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
13. The shortlisted finalists agree to their recipe, name and photo to be used for promotional opportunities.
14. Each entrant agrees that English Apples & Pears Ltd (and third parties authorised by them) may make any and all entries available on its websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in future, which may include other internet sites, mobile, television and/or radio. By entering, you grant English Apples & Pears Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, make derivative works or podcasts from, edit, store, re-format, sell or sub-licence the entry for such purposes.
15. The winner will be required to take part in promotional activity and English Apples & Pears Ltd reserves the right to use the names and counties of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
16. Winners' details and winning entries will be available on bramleyapples.co.uk website and on the Bramley Facebook page.
17. English Apples & Pears Ltd decision regarding the shortlist and national winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition or how the winner was chosen.
18. Your entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that your entry and all information which you submit will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening.
19. English Apples & Pears Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition.
20. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by English Apples & Pears Ltd for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist English Apples & Pears Ltd to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the competition.
