Good Hotels near the Midlands with private hot tub / jacuzzi?

Hi guys - I am looking to book a weekend away with my girlfriend and would like to book a nice hotel with a private jacuzzi - I have no ideas which are the best ones, can anyone provide some info or recommendations. Some hotels have them but are public - I want an exclusive one that is ideally within our room itself.
I am looking in the Midlands (ideally near to the West Midlands) but would look to go down south too - have no budget on this although nothing crazily priced.
Any ideas would be appreciated
