I was told by Peter Blackmore, the guy I spoke to that he would write it down....sounded a little unprofessional!! I asked him outright if they we're solicitors and who else they did work for. The reply was that he couldn't tell me who his company did work for (which I accept to be a good reply) and rest assured he was a fully qualified solicitor.
So a 'fully qualified solicitor' is answering the phone, where is the firm's secretary then? Was it a London number or was it strangely similar to Debt Recovery Plus' phone number?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

for that matter have they ever been to court in England ONLY WHEN THEY WERE TAKEN THERE!
does it matter i have indicated i was the driver of the car NO, IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE!diamondscotland wrote: »what is the best and worst case scenarios that may occur NOTHING EXCEPT IF THEY SUDDENLY TRIED A COURT CASE AND IF YOU LOST YOU WOULD JUST END UP PAYING IT AFTER ALL. WON'T HAPPEN - BUT DOESN'T EVEN AFFECT YOUR CREDIT RATING IF IT DID!
final question. is there anyone like POPLA i can appeal to in scotland as I w ould like to get another win for the forum and make this officially go away NOPE, YOU HAVE NO POPLA - YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO THE LANDOWNER/RETAILER ON SITE TO GET IT CANCELLED THOUGH - THAT'S ALWAYS A GOOD FIGHTBACK PLAN.
hope the above answers help you to relax and ignore this scam now!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would be ignoring UKPC completely as they can do nothing against you at all.
But I noticed this bit in your post #1:
I was sitting outside Argos at the request of one of their employees who was helping me and my disabled daughter to the car with several large bulky items.
Whether or not your daughter has a Blue Badge you were entitled to extra consideration on the grounds of a disability - shown by the fact that an Argos employee was assisting you.
Don't worry about this nonsense, but if they do communicate further with you come back on here and one of the regular experts will help you stop these parasites in their tracks by referring them to the correct piece of legislation.0
