Fowlers finance

I bought a car from Fowlers Finance in Stoke on 5 December last year, I started having problems with the car just before Xmas and called fowlers after sales, they said to take the car to a local garage and get a quote for any work that needed doing. I couldn't get the car booked in until after Xmas and took my car to my local garage. The garage informed me that the car had a kink in the subframe and was not economically repairable. I passed this info to fowlers and they said they needed an exact quote before they could do anything. I had to search for a few days to find an appropriate garage that could check for any chassis damage. Eventually found a garage and they have quoted £1300 for the body work needed (this doesn't include the fact that I need a new battery and airbag light is stuck on amongst other issues). I have passed the quote to fowlers and they have stated it can't have this much damage as they did a HPI check which stated it had never been in an accident and that they felt both garages were over inflating the damage to get more money from me. They are now going to come and collect the car from me and do the work themselves. I have now been unable to drive my car since 22 December and am still waiting for fowlers to call me back and arrange to collect my car to repair it. The car passed its MOT 4 days before I bought it with no advisors, however when I got it home it was a bit wobbly so I put air in the tyres, the back two were at 10 and 12 PSI! I'm really sorry if this post is going on but I'm completely at my wits end. I have contacted the CAB but they have just said to write to the company director. I have a 3 month warranty on the car. Could anyone offer any advice on what I could do. I really don't want their dodgy garage repairing my car. Thanks in advance
