We did. Only after serious digging have we got past all the postivie reviews all over trust pilot and other sites to find other stories on smaller websites that are similar to ours. It took a while to notice the pattern in the fake reviews to tell that they were fake. We are by no means the first and not the last.

You may be able to do a chargeback on account of faulty of substandard goods, but you may have to argue the point with your card issuer/bank.
