La redoute bedding

Hello,
My mother bought some bedding from la redoute some years ago, but did not use it as she was decorating my bedroom. The dye from the red bedding transfers onto EVERYTHING; jumpers, mattress, pillows, PJs. We have washed it a number of times as it has been my bedding for the past couple of months. We contacted the company and sent them the sheets and jumper that was stained by the sheets and they said they were no problems after they 'tested' it.
This bedding has been withdrawn from sale in the catalogue but there are still pictures of it, which leads me to believe that they know that it is faulty. What can we do?
Thanks

Some years ago? Can you be more precise? How many years ago?0

under 3. I think 2012, but it could have been 2011 or even early 20130

have you got the sheets back?
You're within the 6 years to make a claim (presuming your England) but the onus is on you to prove there was an inherent problem with the product. If you can do this and prove the damage it created then you should be put back into a position you were before buying the products.
Being removed from a catalogue of course doesn't prove a thing.0
