Hi,

Just after some advice really.

Moved out of a property (October), cancelled nPower. Phoned in December to chase money I thought I was owed - 26 quid as it turns out.

Waited some more, received a bill for 7.84.

I know it isn't much, but out of principle I feel I shouldn't have to pay.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Chris

Just got off of the phone, after being threatened with debt collectors (I live in a caravan, so, no property to come to?), I was told that they will cancel it.

Being persistent and polite on the phone worked.

    Thanks for reading.
