Hello would like some advice please on what to do now.
Bought a sony experion mobile from tesco 10 months ago and when you let it go into standby after about 15 seconds of non use you cant get it to turn back on again.
Contacted Tesco and they organised it to be collected and off it went for repair. Just received phone back after 5 weeks stating that they have sent the phone back unrepaired as requested. As i have had no correspondance at all with tesco i rang them up and asked what was going on , they told me that the fault was down to water ingress in the sim card reader and was not repairable under warranty, they had contacted me saying it would cost £45 to repair and as they had not herd from me they sent the phone back unrepaired.
There is no way any water has got into the phone and this is just an excuse to get out of repairing it.
