I have just noticed that PE have just launched a new and completely designed website:-
http://www.parkingeye.co.uk/
Once thing I notice is the complete absence of the mention of court cases and their sneering attitude to parking forums. Could this be the influence of Capita, trying to present a more professional image?

PE took a drubbing today in court. They lost one case and had another struck out. In both cases it seems their legal reps were rubbish, or at least had rubbish case notes to work to.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Where were these?
Not very keen to update with all the forum court assisted losses though are they? Still it's nice of them to highlight that there is forum assistance available.
It seems they are also more open about job titles and departments too - did you know that Shona Hegarty is the Operations Co-ordinator?:rotfl:0 -

It's a joke that they have DMUK at the bottom endorsing them after their flagrant abuse of the Equality Act, and their victimisation of disabled motorists and their passengersWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

If anyone hasn't seen the cross reference to another thread, it makes very interesting reading.
