Sorry If I have put this in the wrong section but I think this is most appropiate. My Fiance ordered a football top with a name and number from Watford FC on the 15th December, it came but was a basic top even though it was paid for to have the extra name, number etc. At first Watford FC said they would try to get a replacement to us before christmas that never happened. We have emailed them several times to find out what is happening but they never reply, I have also left two voice mails on the shop phone they never get back to you. I feel really !!!!ed off from the lack of care, mistakes happen but to not follow up and just not care really has upset my other half especially seen it was a christmas present. My question is what can I do I know I could charge the card back but we are still out of pocket having to return the item back recorded delivery. When we were told to return we were told we would be reimbursed for this ( we were also told we would get a new top asap though too). As I said Its a month on and no one ever gets back to us from Watford FC?
