Hi there. I set up a company in 2012 and need to file my first accounts. I've only issues one invoice for this company for 2000 and paid one invoice for 750. The company has no assets and I'm the only shareholder. I'm not exactly sure what to fill in on the abbreviated filing form.
Could some one with more expertise shine some light?
Thanks
Tara

The company has no assets, so what happened to the £1250 and what happened to the money subscribed for shares?
Abbreviated accounts have to befiled in a certain format and contain specific information, I doubt you will be able to this even with help from here. The only thing that is constant is change.0
