Which tyre brand to get for Mazda 3?

Hi Guys,

I am looking to replace the front tyres for my MAZDA 3. Can anybody please suggest which brand/dealer should I go for?

My annual millage is between 10K-15K.

Thanks

  • Whatever brand you've got on there now would be a good place to start.

Have a read of the thread relating to tyres for a Ka - the rather sillily titled 'what's the best tyre brand' . Same advice stands.

Can't see the point in threads like these.

One the same size as the others would be a good start. Check the tyres on the car to make sure you know the correct size then phone a few of the big chains to see what they offer.

Then goto the smaller local independant tyre place. Possible when the taxi drivers go. And see what they offer.

My local is cheaper than the online prices for my tyres.

I take it that your Mazda 3 has Bridgestone Turanza (possibly)?
Whatever tyre you replace it with will be better.

If you can get to Costco, they do Michelins cheaper than car dealers. Currently a prepaid fuelcard promo as well.

My Dad's Mazda 3 came with Toyo tyres, but again I wouldn't use this as a guide for what to replace them with.
