Unable to find cd/dvd drive

Ive posted this on some other forums in case no1 replies, my computer for some reason cant find my cd/dvd drive, the drive came with the pc which is an emachines, it was there last night but earlier i opened it up to clean it and ive checked that the cables are in place(i didnt touch them but i checked anyway)

Is it detected in the BIOS? And in the Device Manager (right click "My computer", tab "Hardware", button "Device manager")?0

i havent had this problem for a while but i am sure its was repaired via a microsoft fix? but i cant see anything on google,,, sorry3.78 kWp PV SolarEdge with iBoost South facing.

I couldnt see it in device manager so i checked the cables were in right, the ide needed 2 be pushed in a little more and it seems 2 b ok now, i checked the bios and its thereNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20
