Unless there are 'Legitimate Grounds':

Legitimate Grounds: where the User is unable to use his or her Unlimited Card for a continuing period of two calendar months due to medical reasons or because the User’s permanent address moves to an address outside the Territory;

But if you have signed up thinking you could cancel, you do still have the 7 day opt-out (though no cashback I'd guess):

5.2 You may cancel the Agreement at any time before the end of the period of seven working days starting on the Start Date if You applied for an Unlimited Card online and the temporary Unlimited Card has not been used during that period. (For the purpose of this clause 5, “working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding any public or bank holiday on which the banks in England and Wales are closed.)
