Furious with other half as he has went via this company to claim PPI
Don't know how many times I have told him not to go through a company! Has anyone ever dealt with them before?
The woman at the bank dealing with PPI told my oh he doesn't have to pay the company as it wasn't a credit agreement that he signed
Fuming that such advice would be given out.
And just to clarify he WILL be paying them. After almost 6 years rebuilding his credit he's not f#%^ing it up now!

There is little to say other than your partner could have done this himself for free.
He DOES have to pay, he's signed a legally binding contract.0 -
I have told him countless times to come on here print the forms and send it off! He is paying - just can't believe the woman at the bank saying that he doesn't have to as it's his money!
The way I see it it's free money and even when the company is paid off we still have enough to pay for our wedding this year so we are able to start married life debt free (not that we are in a lot of debt) but it just means the credit cards can stay in the wallet and I can stop worrying about where the money is going to come from :-)0
