Help with Junior ISA

Hi
I recently opened a Junior ISA for my son with Alliance Trust and have since realised that this was a mistake.
The plan is to invest a small amount of money on a regular basis. The issue with the Alliance Trust one is that each time we put money in it just sits in a cash account until I invest it. I then have to pay £12 fees each time I invest that money via their online facility. Also, there is a fixed quarterly fee of £12 on the account.
Alliance are refusing to close the account and return the money I have put in as they say they cant do this until my son instructs them when he is older.
However, I can transfer what I have put in to another Stocks and Shares ISA.
Can someone suggest a good plan where there is very little fees for depositing small amounts on a regular basis?
I understand the Alliance Trust would be good if we were investing one large lump sum but we cant do this.
Thanks in advance.

How does www.hl.co.uk compare to what you are getting from AT?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

I have a HL Junior ISA and have found it very good.
Of course, with the new pricing, you'll need to consider things fully, but as they only charge a % and your amounts are small it'll probably be very cheap for you.0
