Ppi claim when paying Iva
Comments

Some (I don't know if it is all) IPs will not finally close an IVA until they have checked on possible PPI refunds. So the date of your last payment may not matter.0

Hi. I have been offered ppi back but I have 1 more payment to go in my Iva which I have been paying for the last 3 years. I have 28days to sign and return. That would take me to the 5th febuary. Will I get the money if I wait or will my trustee take it all??
Hi Trotter,
agree with the above.
Sadly, you will probably have to hand it over to your IP.
You might be able to negotiate keeping some of it though, if say, you have some sort of urgent household/car expense/repair etc.0 -
Thanks. I could do with it so I can pay my tax return or I will b in the same think again 😔0
