2. If you are selected as the winner, you agree to allow Stay in Media Ltd and/or BMH the free use of your name and general location for publicity and newsletter purposes during this and future competitions.
3. The prize is a 1 night stay for up to 2 people sharing a double room including breakfast and dinner on one night at the Blagdon Manor Hotel. (NB Beverages not included.)
4. The winning entrant must take the holiday before the 31st December 2014, excluding bank holidays. Requested holiday dates are subject to availability.
5. Closing date for entries is noon on 31st March 2014.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all entries received prior to the close of the competition and the prize winner notified within 28 days of the competition closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Stay in Media Ltd reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the entries which are received before the closing date.
7. BMH is responsible for the prize and Stay in Media Ltd shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury or consequential losses associated with the provision of the prize.
8. The prize is valid for the named winner only and may not be transferable to an alternative person.
9. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only.
10. One entry per household. No employees, their families or agencies of Stay in Media Ltd or BMH are eligible to enter the prize draw.
