Are you allowed to start a limited company, through company house, filling the forms etc, while also claiming esa, and Hb?
with the Esa claimant being the director of the company ?

You can do work on ESA.
However, any work that is not voluntary for a charity must be 'permitted work'.
You need to contact them first, and get a permitted work form to fill out.
Not doing this risks you being found to be in employment, and not entitled to ESA - even if you are not being paid.0
