I'm wanting to sell/scrap my knackered Pug 206.
Cartakeback.com are offering a pitfull £95 collected but after googling a few other car recyclers, I came accross motorwise.com who are offering £129 collected.
Anyone used them before, how did payment go?
I tried advertising on Gumtree for £150 but just kept get silly offers by email from people who hadn't even viewed the car. I thought about eBay too but the £30 fees are putting me off for such a low value car.

I've just used Motorwise to scrap my old Prelude.
As described on the site, they put you in touch with a not-necessarily-local scrapyard (or, er, car-recycler).
In my case they were 50 miles away but they had a car-transporter doing collections in my area, so no difference to me.
Picked up within 3 days, when they said they would, and have paid 3 days later by bank-transfer as per my selected option.
Interestingly, I've just been emailed the Certificate of Destruction.... by cartakeback.com!
