Yes they are :rotfl: it was the only thing I had that was big enough and sturdy enough :rotfl:

Glad you liked them, RT :)

Off into the garden now - not much, clearing up a bit of mess I left yesterday, and examining the possibilities of actually doing this bonfire thing in the incinerator  _pale_

ETA - oh. I have some washing to put out. Can't really do both at the same time, can you :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you all. Beanie, don't tear up, have a dodgy hug :grouphug:

I did quite a lot in the garden again, much more light is now reaching the winter savory. And the path to the garden gate is a lot clearer.

I have some more work to do though - the slightly awkward neighbours are about a foot downhill from me, and there's no retaining wall between our gardens, so their dogs (3 German shepherds) have been digging a bit - either my garden will disappear into their patch, or their dogs will get into mine eventually  luckily, my squirrel nature has meant I have lots of old roof tiles and broken ceramic this that and the other around my garden, I'll build a little shelf myself to ward them off :D

just catching up. How lovely of the train company
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
