    <tiptoes in>

    Hello! Thanks for the queries, and the dusting :kisses3:I've had a viral thing, without actually having the virus :( I just did too much for my energy levels, and promptly collapsed in a heap :( of which I disapprove, but there you go. My normal activity levels are fine for me, but if I push too much, say to the level I used to think was quite normal (er, when I was 30 years younger :eek:) its not do-able. Today is the first time I've sat at the desk and gone online. I had to cancel my mum's visit, cancelled some sessions, and I've had the builders in, so coping with day to day life has been of the essence. I'm slightly peeved that thats resulted in a library fine of £6 :rotfl: and my mum was really disappointed I was too ill for her to come round, but the library is nothing, after all, and I *think* my mum is going to try to come down here in summer one more time.

    I haven't been online at all in these 10 days :eek: I really missed my peeps :kisses3: once I managed to sit upright for longer than an hour or so ...

    Anyway, I'm back :j:j:j though definitely not at full strength yet; the aim is to get well enough to carry out the visit to my mum's and my brother's, which was planned 3 months ago, and starts in 5 days time :eek: Which means work, building and gardening are just going to have to cope with the absolute minimum amount of energy being given to them. Recuperation is all.

    Speaking of which, now that I've renewed those library books and checked my bank account, I'm off to get some lunch.

    Feels good to be here - I'll be checking out diaries later on xxx

    Aw, glad to see you back KC and sorry you've been proper poorly. Pah to library fines - they always seem so vexing because they're so *avoidable* (in normal circumstances of course, which these aren't!) xxx
