I can't get on line with my apple iPad 2. I purchased it June 2011.
It has been fine but now when I try and get my emails I get a message saying. Cannot Get Mail. then a message connection to the server failed.
I have BT broadband and my laptop works ok.
I tried phoning apple but I didn't get on very well it was an automated call.
I am not that clever with it and hope someone can advise me please.
with easy instructions. Thank you so much.

I dont have an ipad so you will ahve to bear with me. What happens when you connect to the internet eg with Safari/firefox ?
Does it let you connect via wifi when you enter your password ?0 -

No, that's not a connection problem, that is the website you are trying to access and the fact the safari on the ipad does not support flash.
What website are you trying to access?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?

thank you DCFC79 and WTFH I can now get on line thanks for the advice but still can't get my emails but i am at least pleased that I can surf. sorry for my delay in answering.0

Are you trying to access the emails through a web page or using the Mail app on your ipad?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
