Hi
Looking for some advice regarding a cover plan agreement with Currys. It is on a laptop that I bought in 2007 and has been running since then.I have not had the laptop for approx 3 years but Currys are saying it was my responsibility to inform them that I no longer have it. The problem I have is that the reason I do not have it is that I traded it in at Currys for another laptop. Would that be enough to warrant a refund on payments since the trade in
Thanks
Kev

I doubt it, there is no requirement for them to check if someone trading in an item has any sort of cover on it.0

You can ask for a "goodwill" refund, but it doesn't sound like Curry's are prepared to do this for you.0
