I think the answer to the differing offers is obvious isn't it? In England, we really don't care about Burns Night, and care even less about haggis!

I asked Lidl about this and got this reply - which doesnt really say anything that I didnt know already

Hi David, This is a regionalised offer due to the upcoming Burns Night but I will pass your request to our Buying team so they can consider this for any future promotions :-)
    "
The thing is, Burns Night is not a uniquely Scottish event, it is celebrated all over the world.

Speak for yourself - not for a whole country. And if England doesnt care about haggis , why are Waitrose giving it a big push on the front of their weekly paper this week - and several inside pages as well ?

And this news report from a couple of years ago flatly contradicts your opinion

Yeah, imagine my disappointment when I saw it was microwavable burgers after this.

Has anyone came across any limits for the items per customer? E.g Max 3 only.

I notice on another thread that Lidl are selling haggis in their shops down south for 99p and yet we are getting them for half price this weekend for 64p.
I wonder if they are a different make.
