Switching through Cheap energy club
I applied for switch from British Gas to E-ON(thru MSE). Had confirmation email 20/11/13.
Have heard nothing, so emailed E-ON 14/01/14. They say they have no record of the application.
Can't see any way of contacting Cheap Energy Club /MSE.
Should I assume the application is lost?
Anyone had similar experience?

I've had the exact same thing!
I got an email from the cheap energy club thanking me for switching via them on 20th November 2013 to e.on.
I rang e.on today (27/01/14) and they have no trace of my application!
I'm pretty annoyed as it means i've had all this time with my current suppliers rates when I could have been saving. It's also annoying that it seems there's no way to ring the club to find out what's going on!0
