Engine light on?
Get it plugged in for a diagnostic. I presume you do remember to take the handbrake off and its not sticking?

Fault codes are stored. Some are saved until cleared. Others stay on for so many engine restarts.
Loses power but ticks over normally? Loses power and splutters/judders?
When was it serviced last? Ever had the fuel filter changed?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Diagnostics remember historic faults - so possibly worth a shot!0
