Callcredit Online Statutory Report sign-up issues?

So I'm trying to sign up for my £2 Callcredit online statutory report and it keeps coming up with an issue and failing. I have had more than 3 different addresses in the last 6 years, could that be causing it to fail as it only allows you to enter your current and two others?

What should I do if I want my Online Statutory Report but I have lived at more than 3 addresses in the last 6 years?
It will be necessary to complete our printable application form and send this in to us by post with the appropriate remittance of £2. This can be either a cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Callcredit Limited’. The completed form should then be sent to Consumer Services Team, Callcredit Limited, PO Box 491, LEEDS LS3 1WZ.

I don't know if noddle has the same issue - might just be worth a try to see if the way of identifying you is slightly different through noddle.

Sorry only just noticed the ref to Noddle, I signed up and it had no issues reconsigning me, which is odd if its part of CallCredit anyway.
