Ferry discount (France)

What's the cheapest way to book a ferry to France? Any discount sites I should know about?

I'd appreciate a response to this as well, however I am looking for a cheap single crossing from France to the UK, via one of the more westerly ports, i.e. St Malo, Caen, Cherboarg and Le Havre.

    For UK-France I have found:
    Speed Ferries
and Norfolk Line to offer che cheapest singles.

However if you wnat a return many do cheap return either single day or more than one day, i.e. Stena Line £25 return.

Also P&O had a recent offer with the sun...

LD lines were good for us, but we did book 7 months in advance. They go from Portsmouth to Le Havre.

Calais to Dover is usually around £35 per car
