Just over a year ago I left my job, at the time of working I did not contact the benefits agency when I got paid over my allotted amount. I've just had a letter saying that I was overpaid for that time period and will have to pay back all that is owing. I don't mind that because that was my mistake but my question is will they want the full amount or do they take a percentage off of my existing carers allowance.
